We are playing with Propagandhi and Kursk tonight and tomorrow night at the Garrick Centre. I guess that means I'm listening to the new album non-stop today. We are playing mostly new stuff off Sledgehammer Holocaust. We've been fumbling around with a sampler the Cory bought off Raul from Impaled. We've been tinkering with it a bit with less than spectaular results. Hopefully that thing won't make an appearance tonight and we can just concentrate on tunes instead.
Both shows are sold out in a room that holds 700. We haven't played in a room that large in a while. I'm looking forward to The Butcher being the sound dude this weekend. He's always good at getting the monitors mixed just right and I'm certain he'll get the other bands sounding great as well.
I'm going to boogie on over to the coffee machine now and deal with some real life ser biz...caffeine...
