So, in light of all things, I've come to one forgone conclusion. And what might that be, well, in the recent tragedies and hardships that have befallen both my friends and I, I've become something dark. So full of anger and hatred, not sure whom I harbor these feelings for (maybe for myself, not sure yet), but it's given me a new found insight on life. Adam Stratton passed away. He was a good...no...great kid. Got along great with him in high school. Didn't really keep in touch with him, but every now and then, I'd run into him during a holiday when everyone was back home. He'll be missed greatly. I regret not being able to make it to any of his services. Had my own problems going on, like being removed from Vice President of ATO, having my laptop stolen, having my debit card stolen and charged with $300, and then almost getting kicked out of school all because a teacher fucked up my grades. Pety things in the face of a tragedy, but I'm not sure I could've handled another funeral for a friend anyway. Jared Marchman was one thing, but Brandon Stark really hit home. Not sure how I would've reacted. Sorry if I've hurt anyone or disrespected anyone by not attending, because that wasn't my intention. We all grieve in our own ways, mine is by being alone now. Anyway, now back to my conclusion i've come upon.
GOD IS FAKE. HE'S NOT REAL!
Why do I say this? Think about it? Just think.
1)The idea that one "entity" could create all life on Earth is bullshit. There's no way. It's not practical nor possible. The earliest man, so called Adam and Eve, didn't just appear. Fetuses didn't grow from trees. The earth didn't open up and pop out two people. They sure as shit didn't fall from the heavens, the fall alone would've killed them. And they didn't appear in a strike of lightening. They were born, just like any other person now a days. From who? Good question, but I gaureentee they weren't the first man and woman...maybe on Earth, but not in the Universe. Chances are, they evolved, just like any normal race does.
2)Secondly, if there is a "God", then he'd be god of all things wouldn't he? Not just Earth. Therefore, "Heaven" would be a hell of a lot harder to get into. You'd have everyone else from all different worlds and gallaxies waiting at the gates. It'd be like fucking Star Wars. Maybe that's what heaven is...Star Wars...fuckign brilliant! But where does that leave hell, and all the damned. Cause hell would have to be a heck of a lot bigger too. And an awful more like Star Wars. And to furthure this argument, if we believe in "God", and the muslims believe in Allah, and the hindu's in Buddah, then really, who's the greater being. For "God" to exist, and be the creator of heaven and Earth, mankind also, wouldn't everyone believe and worship him. Not believe in various gods like the Greeks did. So for that reason, I further believe the idea of "God" to be bullshit.
3)Finally, If he's the creator of all things as it's claimed for him to be, then how did he come about? Oh...hmmm...that's a good question isn't it? Because he didn't just create himself. That's physically impossible. Granted he probably doesn't have a physical form, but things don't just create themselves. Evolve...yes, Create...no. So that idea furthers this realization.
THIS IDEA OF A "GOD" IS NOTHING MORE THAN A FAIRY TALE. A FABLE PASSED ON THROUGH THE AGES LIKE THE MYTHS OF ACHILLES AND THE TROJAN WAR OR THE STORIES OF MOTHERGOOSE. I BELIEVE THAT'S ALL GOD IS...A STORY PASSED ON THROUGH THE AGES. SIMPLE FICTION KEPT ALIVE LONGER THAN MOST. TALES AND STORIES OF HIM ARE THE ORIGINAL BEDTIME STORIES, THE ORIGINAL GREEK TALE, MEANT TO PROVIDE HOPE FOR PEOPLE IN TIMES OF HARDSHIP, BUT ALSO TO KEEP THESE PEOPLE IN THEIR PLACES BY MAKING HIM SEEM SOMETIME TO FEAR. "FEAR THE WRATH OF GOD". HORSESHIT! THERE IS NO GOD. AND THIS IS MERELY PERSONAL THOUGHT, BUT THINK REALISTICALLY ABOUT THIS, AND YOU'LL START TO WONDER ABOUT THINGS THE WAY I DO. WHAT A JOKE.
we don't put our fate in the hands of "god", and if you believe you do, you're misled. you make your own destiny, your own decissions, simple as that. you lead your own life, influenced by your decision and actions, not anyone elses. not a watchful eye from above. every hardship you face is brought on by something you or someone else did. but not by "god" as a test. and my final reason that i believe "god" is a fucking joke. what kind of person would take the lives of children??? ultimately, it's supposedly his determining factor on whether a person lives or dies. so why take the lives of childern? what kind of person/being takes the life of babies, 17 year olds, and even 19 year olds who are about to start lives? That's what i thought. And don't give me that "he took them, but they are in a better place now" bullshit. because if that's the case, then Dr. Jack Kevorkian should be a fucking hero in the eyes of America. All his patients were terminally ill and wanted to die to end their pain and suffering and go to a better place, and he helped them do that, and look where it got him? He's on death row. What he did is on the same level as what this "god" has done to Jared, to Brandon, to Adam. Shouldn't he be on death row? No, we honor and worship him. It's such complete, nonrealistic bullshit that it sickens me.
There's a fine line between agnostic and athiest. Agnostic is someone who denies God, but believes there to be some great force/power out there. Something like a god. An athiest is someone who doesn't believe in God. It's safe to say, i'm the athiest here...
Good bye.
