Canonwise it's never stated. Head-canon, I have it on March 9th. USA release of FF13. /has done the same thing for Sora, Riku, and Kairi.

The feeling of accomplishment is amazing when you finally grow a few inches and outgrow your big sister. ...not that I'm speaking from experience. /baby sis is taller than me. T_T
