HAHAHAHA, omg the neon people trend is something I've never understood. People end up with blue highlights in their hair and orange lips...oy.

I don't mean to put that tyoe of coloring down, though--it can be pretty when done right.

Anyway, awesome tutorial. I'll be sure to come back for more. :)

I get what you mean. It's just... crazy. The only time you should have blue highlights in your hair is if you're one of those Sailor Moon characters. Oi. Selective coloring can be good when used sparingly and well.. same for hue/saturation. But sparingly! Lol.

I'm trying out your tutorial and I'm not sure about the color fill layer.

Add a color fill layer: #A7E5E6, normal, 61%

What is this supposed to do. It's a bright light blue color and when I leave it at normal and bring the opacity down to 61% it just looks like a film over the icon. Am I doing something wrong or not understanding your instructions?
