To the elephant standing on my chest:
You can get off of me now, I can't breathe.
Last week it was over a hundred degrees here Thursday through Sunday. Monday it dropped to 65, and today it is 50 and raining.
Okay, a 50 degree friggin' shift in the temperature in a couple of days with rain is really aggravating my weather related asthma.
Geez, this is so frustrating. I am so ready to move to Arizona or something for the "dry heat".
I drove around last Saturday with my dog in the car and the windows down for over an hour and I could breathe just fine. This is such a pisser.
Sorry to be such a whiner, but all I can do is sit quietly and try not to move or talk too much and concentrate on breathing so that I don't have coughing fits.
Having had problems with this for a few years makes me want to ask everyone I ever see with a cigarette what the heck they think they are doing? If you have healthy lungs that is such a blessing. Keep them that way.
