Um, hi there
I'm going to London in May next year, for the Doctor Who Symphonic Spectacular on the 23rd, and I'm already thinking of what else I want to do when I'm there. I think I'll be there for two nights, but I could go for three, if I hop on a flight right after work on the Thursday (the pros of working at an airport). It comes down to how much money I have at the time, and how reasonably priced the accommodation I find is.
Anyway, I know I want to visit The Who Shop, and Forbidden Planet, of course. If the weather's nice and the tides comply I'll want to go mudlarking, although that's a messy business that'll require an extra pair of shoes and trousers.
I also want to go and have afternoon tea somewhere, since I didn't do that the last time I was there, but I don't know how much fun that'd be to do on my own. Perhaps I can find some fellow Whovians to go with, or some internet peeps? I know I know some people on that there island, so if the dates work and it sounds like an agreeable idea, let me know. :)
Anyway, I've got LJ on my phone now, so I'm gonna try to start updating this thing a bit more often, even though most of my social media presence these days is on Tumblr and Instagram.
