so tonight was the modest mouse concert. adam and i had been planning on going for a while, but then i guess forrest got a whole bunch of tickets too. so there were a lot of us. eight to be exact i guess. anyway. we got in a little late as we were waiting for everyone to get there, so we missed the first opener an part of the second. we didn' ( Read more... )

Someone from the OC, huh? You know Modest Mouse was ON the OC a few weeks back. lol. And I *know* Adam Brody is a indie rock person. The guy is freaking obsessed with Death Cab. So I'm going to pretend it was him ;) And he was probably with Josh Schwartz, who is the creator of the OC and I have a big crush on as well ;) I know they go to concerts together ;)

there were a couple of limos there. right before we ran off to get my car, there was this huge one that pulled up. i was like "later guys, that's my ride!" i should ask mel who was actually there. i don't know if they would have showed up in a limo, but hey, since parking sucks and the other option is getting your car towed...

he he. thanks. :) the show was definately good, and i think they were a little more creative with what they played than when we saw them since a) they had longer and b)all the people there were there to see them, rather than a million other bands.
i was thinking the whole time "why aren't we in san jose where tom is the one towing us...". too bad it was almost midnight, i might have called him to see if he knew anyone that could help us avoid having to pay as much... of course the logical answer is don't park where you aren't supposed to. ;)

only a week late... ;)

um. she told me. but now i forget since i don't watch the show. my other friend (who wasn't at the show, but only knows 'cause i told her) thought it might be the guy who playes seth 'cause he often goes to those kinds of things, but i do remember that it wasn't. oh i know who it was i think... i think it was summer's new boyfriend. is that a person who exists?
