Day 4
So here it is, the summary of Day 4 ;)
Australia 3-1 Japan
It was a very good match with many opportunities on both sides to score a goal. The first goal of Japan was irregular because the goalkeeper Marc Schwarzer was pushed away so he couldn't get the ball. Nearly everyone thought that Japan could win this match ... until the 84.minute. Australia scored after a corner and both teams played very offensive in the last few minutes. Japan loses everything in this period when Australia scored another two goals, they were very disappointed.
USA 0-3 Czech Republic
The Czech Republic dominated that match. Jan Koller scored the first goal after 5 minutes and Tomas Rosicky the second one 30 minutes later. Unfortunately Jan Koller was injured and will miss at least the next two matches. The US-Boys didn't play very well, really disappointing. Rosicky scored his second goal, a well deserved win for the Czech Republic.
Italy 2-0 Ghana
I couldn't see the first half because I had to watch 4400, but I only missed one goal ;) Ghana was keen to shoot a goal and played very well in the midfield, but didn't when they were close to the goal, they were too weak and the defensive of Italy was too strong. Ghana tried to receive a penalty kick, but the referee didn't blow his whistle, it was a dive obviously. Only few minutes later Sammy Kuffours fault led to the second goal of Italy and the match was nearly over.
ETA: Same problem with the tags here ... Finally fixed :)
