Ahhh, now this is more like it!
After a weekend of blaring heat, and then just gross humidity yesterday, it's finally cooled down around here. This makes me happy, because as I've mentioned before, I'm not a big fan of feeling all gross and sweaty.
My mom is too nice, you guys. Apparently, she bought me some records off eBay for my little growing collection--all of them Cyndi Lauper. (Ah, she knows me too well. XD) She also gave me an LP cleaning kit the other day after I was talking to her about trying to keep my older LPs nice and dust-free. Oh, speaking of which, I kinda hit the jackpot at the Goodwill the other day. Apparently someone recently donated their LP collection, because there were a lot of new LPs to look through the last time I went in. I ended up getting a box set of Beethoven music and Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue" (with "American in Paris" as the b-side) for incredibly cheap. I didn't get to go through all of them, though, so hopefully I'll be able to go back again soon.
Yesterday didn't do much. I caught up with the eps of FMA2 I hadn't watched. I also spent a good amount of time printing out some recent photos, including some from Zack's visit. I'm pretty happy with how they turned out, too. ♥ I don't have any frames at the moment, so I have a couple of them kinda placed in various spots around the apartment. Bonus: Zack gave me a call last night before I went to bed and now apparently he wants to know more about Hetalia. XD Lolz.
*yawns* I dunno why I'm up so early. I have to go help mom later this morning, so maybe I'll try to catch a few more Zs before she comes around.
