Yeah I was surprised they didn't go with Moonlight Densetsu, esp. after going through all the trouble to record a version done by the group that's doing the SMC opening! XD But it's slowly growing on me, I like that it blatantly has girl-power-y lyrics like "we're not weak women who need a prince to save us", I think that's awesome. And YEAH THE WATCH/LOCKET!! I noticed it right away and ways like EEEEEEEEE!! X3 ( ... )

I am pretty goddamn content. I love the manga so much and watching it animated is so great.

MAMORU. MAMORU IS THE BEST PART.

Also the pace is super fast and thank god for that because rewatching Original Recipe is like "...how long until Jupiter shows up, again??" haha.

All in all, I'm very excited (and honestly, I'm glad they went back to "in the name of the Moon, I'll punish you!"

YES! So happy Mamoru will not be a super jerk and is dressed in that doofy Tuxedo in the middle of the afternoon and...EVERYTHING about him so far seems pretty perfect!

Although someone pointed out on Tumblr that in the manga, he did NOT throw roses, so...possibly no roses in Crystal? I can live with that, but I still kinda went "awww...RIP, roses." XD;;

YEAH if it keeps up the fast pace, the other girls'll be here in no time! That's so great ;A;

I'm glad they brought it back, too, but it makes me wonder why Classic Moon doesn't have it...

Thank you for posting this, I'd forgotten it was coming out so soon, and I watched it on Hulu. (I'd never actually used Hulu, so now I have a new place to investigate and watch stuffs on! :D )

I love it. I love that it moves faster. I never read the manga, so I'll take people's word that it's very close. I listened to the opening music once, then stopped it and listened again because I wasn't sure if I liked it or not....I totally do! :D So far so good all the way around for me :)

Also, I TOTALLY recommend the manga, it is my favorite version of Sailor Moon and the fact that you can buy the whole thing now is pretty amazing. They even have box-sets available now here! (they come with stickers!)
