Allergies suck...
Turns out my sinus, ear, throat problem is due to allergies. Craziness I tell you!! Today Pete and I had our life insurance physicals. They took blood and urine and made us fast. I was pissed cuz the nurse was late and I was getting my "lack of caffiene" headache. So I quickly volunteered to go first and get it out of the way. I am so tired and think I am a bit anemic. I haven't been eating quite right, just stepped up my exercise routine, and had a period from hell. Not that anyone wanted to know that, but loss of blood could be a factor.
Tonight is game 3 in the Spurs vs. Pistons final series and it's in Detroit. Hopefully the Spurs can pull it off even though they are not on their home court. Go Spurs Go!!!!!!!!!!!
The other day I had a really good talk with my best friend. We went to Starbucks and spent hours there just talking, bitching, and laughing. It was so therapeutic. Pete was being a pinhead and I had to vent, so she was my victim. Little did I know *her* husband was also being a pinhead, so I got to listen too! Such a nice trade off. So this week we are trying to plan a girls day. Go have manicures, pedicures, and a massage. Just pamper ourselves since our thoughtless, but oh so loving husbands won't. My brother and sister in law and dad came over last night. Had a good time, haven't seen my sis in law for awhile, it was really nice to see her again. They were just in a wedding so they have been pretty busy with that. I just booked our room in Corpus for the weekend of the 9th. We are taking the kiddos to the Texas State Aquarium and the USS Lexington. Should be a fun weekend for all! Yay!!
