Nanday Conure
So, i went to Petco to pick up some special Urinary Tract Health cat food, in hopes that it'll be cheaper than at my vet. I think it is, but barely. I needed to get some dry food that i can leave out, especially at night, because i'm getting really sick of getting up at 4am to seperate and feed the kids, and stay up while they eat to put everythign away again. Blah. Lucky's supposed to be mostly on wet food for a while, and that's the plan, just overnight i want to leave out some crunchies so i can get some sleep.
So whilst at Petco, i of course *HAD* to go into the bird room and check out the conures. I still really want one, after the bonding i did with Mufasa when staying at Bob & Karen's. But Mufasa is a Sunny, and they are freaking LOUD so that would not be my first choice, haha. So i go in, say hi to each bird and one of them was all about meeting me. His name is Wally and he's a Nanday Conure. He's very handsome. He was a total clown, too, hanging upside down, spreading his wings, and otherwise saying "Pick Me! Pick Me!!" He's $400 though. So i won't be buying him. UNLESS i happen to come into some money soon... like Keno? Haha. If i hit on Keno for my 5 numbers, i'm buying that bird. Because he was all sorts of awesome. haha. He was even smushing himself up against the cage to be petted... let me rub his head and everything. OMG. So cute.

Oh and btw, the special food for Luckmo was $20 for EIGHT POUNDS. Seriously, wtf.
