My goodness, I was so crazy about this show, about the characters, the snarkiness, the banter, the eye candy and such delicious subtext. And now it's gone. These last three (four, if we count the misfortune that was episode 10) left such a bittersweet feeling. I love my ladies; I adore them to death, but what the writers did to them in the end - unforgivable. All essence of original awesomeness was drained from the show. I’d even get over the boy thing, Lindsay’s sudden character change, the worst getting shot and surviving scene in the history of network television, but not the stolen awesomeness that these ladies so proudly displayed in the glory days of The Club.
And don’t get me started on the KMNK. The KMNK case conclusion is the only thing that was done worse than Cindy’s now infamous getting shot scene.
I admit I’ll miss it. And I’ll certainly keep my Women’s Murder Club card in my wallet. Just in case.
