10:15 - Probably about two handfuls (aka servings) of strawberries + a bit of tofu
11:00 - 50 x 2 abductors, 50 squats
12:45 - 1 egg + raw green peppers. YUM!
2:00 - Baggie of veggies
6:30 - Veggies and some beef (or pork, I couldn't tell)
8:00 - some brown rice and more veggies.
