6:45 - 1 HALF of a lg toast and peanut better + 1 orange + 1 cup of skim milk

Hahahaha That's it so far. I couldn't finish the toast. What the hell? I don't know what's with me. I felt sick. Crazy.... me not eating when I feel sick... what the hell.. But seriously, feeling like crap.

9:00 - The other half of the toast. lol

11:30 - 1 bowl weight control instant oatmeal + some dessert tofu

12:55 - 100 jumping jacks (I'm getting blisters) pushups: 30 far, 20 shoulder-length (elbows in), 10 diamond, weights: 25 shoulder presses, 25 bicep curls, 25 upright rows, 25 hammer thingys, 25 bent over rows, 15 x 2 tricep kickbacks and 25 crunches. That's all I could muster today. I'm feeling sick, physically and emotionally, and I just don't have it in me to do more.

4:00 - 1 small whole wheat wrap with cucumber, banana peppers, a little bit of kalbasa (not much) + mustard and about half a cup to a cup of chickpeas. Water water water.

7:00 - peas plus a LITTLE BIT of mac and cheese (I was babysitting) like so little less than 3 spoonfuls
