Project Love : Chapter 5
A/N: For those who are curious, I got the inspiration to write this when I read a certain book but I won't be copying the whole thing so don't worry... I just borrow the project which the professor assigns to them coz I love what it symbolizes.

Chapter 5
“Nakamaru san, please just this once. Promise! I’ll really help you tomorrow!” Yamapi pleads giving his partner woeful eyes while crossing his fingers inside his pants pocket.
After a long scrutinizing look, the boy named Nakamaru heaved a heavy sigh then allows Yamapi to skip their scheduled project meeting.
“TOMORROW - 7A.M - school gate. Be there or I'll tell Kimura sensei that I'm doing this project alone.”
“YEY! Tomorrow I promise!” Yamapi gleefully answered and after waving goodbye, he immediately dash to where his best friend's currently standing being surrounded by his admirers.

"You're so lucky~~~" Pi teased as he and Kame take a seat on their usual table located in a corner of the large and crowded cafeteria.
"Me, lucky? How come?" the smaller man looks curiously at his friend.
"Well for starters you've got tons of delicious food courtesy of your admirers"
"They're not my admirers, they're just being nice."
"Yeah right, they almost fainted the moment you accepted their gifts. I KNOW! Why don't you try unbuttoning your shirt all the way to your chest? I bet they'll die due to massive nosebleed."
This statement immediately earned a death glare coming from the subject.
"Not funny Pi! If you want them, you can have them all. Just stop saying crazy stuff."
"Ehhh... Don't you want to eat them?" Pi confusedly asked
"No.I rather eat my own food."
Kame pushed the said packages towards Yamapi who immediately gobbled them. He's about to do the same when he remembers something he needed to ask the latter.
"Pi?"
"Ummm.. yeah?"
"Do you know that Jin has a brother?
"Ummmm... No. Do you know that Jin has a brother?"
"Don't throw the question back at me. I saw him yesterday and that's why I'm asking you."
"Well, I don't have any idea and seriously I don't care. But you? You practically grew up together considering you're in the same school since you're toddlers but never once you raised a question like that." Pi mischievously stated
Kame can't decide whether he wanted to smack his friend really hard or choke him to death. He's just curious, is that a bad thing?
"So why's the sudden curiosity?" Pi bluntly asked
"I'm not curious." Kame denied " It's just that I noticed something."
"Really? What is it"
"I noticed that ~~~"
"Yamashita san, can I borrow Kazu chan for now" a voice suddenly cut what Kame has to say.
And before he realize what's happening Kame was already near the door with someone's arm encircling his waist and the lasting he saw was his so-called best friend's idiotic smile and a thumb's up sign.

"We need to have a more in-dept description of owls, their types, environment etc.. Would that be alright with you Tat chan?"
Ueda was caught off guard when Junno suddenly call him by his nick name. Seeing this, Junno immediately blushed.
"Ueda san, do you mind if I'll call you Tat chan? Coz if you do I'll just call you Tatsuya san."
Junno's babbling and his blushing face made Ueda laugh out loud.
"Oh Taguchi kun, you're so cute for words. No I don't mind you calling me by my nick name. In fact it made me really happy."
"Really?"
"Yeah, coz you're like a cute innocent kid."
And this made Junno turned ten times redder.
"Hahaha! I'm just kidding. But seriously, I don't mind you calling me Tat chan. But ~~~"
"But?"
"But I'll be calling you Junn from now on, fair enough right?"
After his blush subsides, Junno uttered Ueda's name again but this time in a more confident voice.
“So Tat chan”
“Yes Junn?”
“Where you want to meet later, I mean for our pro~~”
“Hey!!! Is that Akanishi?! Why is he dragging my friend like that?! ” Tatsuya indignantly asked making the taller man winced a little.
“Ummm..... Desperate measure to make Kamenashi kun help him with their project?”

“LET ME GO YOU GEEK! I’M NOT DONE EATING MY LUNCH! LEMME GO! THIS IS EMBARRASSING!”
“Sorry kiddo but my answer would be NO. Coz the moment I let you go, for sure you'll be running away from me. And seriously I wasted 20 minutes of my time just to search for you."
“So you mean to say, your precious project is more important than me dying out of starvation? I still have baseball practice later so I need to eat like NOW!”
He tries to struggle but found out that though Jin looks kinda weak his grip was strong and firm. The older one stops walking but didn’t let go of him
"Seriously Kazu chan, don't make this hard for both of us. I mean, all I'm asking is just a small effort coming from you."
When Kame continue struggling to get free from his hold, Jin heaved a heavy sigh then add
“Alright , I’ll make a deal with you. I’ll let you go ONLY if you promise that you will help me make some progress with OUR project. Then in return, we'll skip our next classes and have our lunch. How's that?"
Hearing Jin's proposal, Kame immediately stopped moving and stared at the taller man.
“Skip classes? Seriously, skipping classes? Bookworms also skip classes?” as Kame's expressive eyes stares at Jin making him blush.
“Gee thanks! That’s really comforting to hear. But yeah, even us bookworms know how to have some fun once in a while.”
Kame ponder on this suggestion and after weighing the pros and cons of “project-now-eat-later” Kame turn to Jin and gave him a sweet smile.
"OK Jin kun. But remember we'll eat lunch and skip classes. You Promise."
“Pinky promise”
And with that, Kame eagerly pulled Jin inside the library.

“Junji, could you please remind me once again why I’m here?”
“I need your help? And because I’m your friend and you have a big heart you decided to visit me and help me out."
“And do I need to remind you that I’m younger than you, still in high school and you’re the one who decided to apply for a working holiday here?”
“I know that, no need to rub it on my face."
“So why am I lending you some money then, if you’re working here?”
“Ummm.. Because I’m short in cash and I don’t want to spend my savings because I want to use that to put up my tuna business?”
“AHHHH!!! You’re really impossible! To ~~~"
But he immediately stopped when he saw someone approaching them.
“Junji!!! I didn’t know, your friend's joining us today.”
He can't help but stare at the person standing in front of him ' such a sweet and angelic smile'
“Ah yes, this is my friend Miroku... Miroku this is my closest friend here, I would like you to meet ~~~”
"YUYA!"
Miroku cried when he snapped out of his daydream because of an insistent finger that keeps on poking his cheeks. With a blink of an eye, he snatched the annoying finger and gives it a not so hard bite
“MIROKU THAT HURTS!”
“Well you asked for it... Who told you you can poke my face as if I’m a fish or something.”
"Well, you deserve it for zoning out on me for the last 10 minutes. Now I have to repeat my story once again~~ from the top!"
Ishida Yuya complained as he once again poke his friend's cheeks to give emphasis to his point..
"Yuya~~ stop that... Seriously, I can't believe you're older than me. The way you're behaving it seems like we're the same age or worst, I feel like I'm older than you."
"So are you telling me that I'm acting like a child?"
And when the younger man nod his head, Yuya gave him a dagger look making Miroku chuckle.
“Don't give me that look Yu chan~~~ Tell me, what you were saying earlier? I'm all ears now.."
"Hmp! Nevermind, I'm no longer in the mood to repeat everything. Let's just grab something to eat. I heard there's a new restaurant right next to the convenient store we usually go to... Let's try it out and see if their curry tastes better than mine!" Yuya enthusiastically said.
And without waiting for his friend’s reply the energetic boy starts dragging Miroku towards the school gate.
While the latter’s mind wander once more.
"I love you... I can't believe it's been 2 years now since I met you...."

Yup, everyone has their own issues here... And for those who are wondering what happened after Miroku introduced himself to Kazuya.... It will be discussed on the up coming chapters... lolz!!! (sorry for that)
