Imagine the most horrible, terrifying, evil thing you can possibly think of and multiply it by six!

Do you know something? Life has been rather active recently. Week before last went to London. Saw the Legally Blonde musical. It was pretty awesome.

Sparkly sign!

That night Andy and I went to see 10 o'clock live being recorded at the BBC. There was free wine and a Dalek in the bar.

When leaving the studio after the recording, I was distracted looking for the toilet and didn't even notice David Mitchell walk past me. Which was a pity.

Next morning it was breakfast at this place

After breakfast it was time for the train home. Got back to my house, repacked my suitcase and drove up to Manchester. Stayed with the lovely Ruth and Dan, went out on the Friday night and on the Saturday we went for a picnic in the park before driving home.

Mum had an Ok week. She's been in a lot of pain. The Doctor has had to come out a couple of times to up her morphine. Mummy almost ended up in hospital again with the pain on Thursday but she was stubborn and insisted on staying at home.

Thursday night, after stalking the NT website for a while, I managed to get tickets to see Frankenstein for Emmy's birthday present.

Then this weekend has been a bit crazy. Was on the late on Friday night. Woke up at 6.30am for some unknown reason on Saturday morning. Watched Supernatural (OMG! Cas what are you up to?), went to work, came home, packed, went to the trainstation.

Journey down to London was fairly uneventful. There was a thunderstorm as we was coming into London. When we was going down to see Frankenstein seemed rather fitting. Made a mad dash over to the National Theatre. We arrived just in time to grab tickets and find seats.

After seeing the NT live broadcasts it was amazing to see it first hand. Both the lead actors are excellent. What I wouldn't give for a DVD to be released. I would put the production on the top five list. I could write an essay on the whole thing but I won't bore you.

I love this place far too much. There are a few shows coming up that I need to go see.

After the show walked towards Westminster tube station. There was a beach by the river! It was all a bit random. Went to Hard Rock Cafe for dinner and cocktails <3

Came home early Sunday morning. I had just enough time to watch Doctor Who before work. I enjoyed it and Mark Sheppard was great. I can't wait to see next weeks episode. Just what is going on? The tribute to Elisabeth Sladen was wonderfully done. It was such tragic news.

This week is looking a bit more sedate. Mum has her check up on Thursday (dreading it) and then on Friday it's Cabin Pressure :D I must be mad for going to London on the day of the Royal wedding but I get to see John Finnemore who I <3.

Time to get ready for work again :/
