I no longer have severe allergies, but every year around this time I get stealth allergies. I start having to blow my nose a little more often, I am a bit more tired, and I am a smidgen more prone to headaches. I'd almost rather have two days of hives and wheezing than two weeks of this.

Lots of writers talk about how difficult it can be just to get a character across a room.

Nobody talks about how hard it is to get one on a fucking boat.
