Move over, sexy vampires. The Llama has a new favorite sanguivore: the white winged vampire bat (Diaemus youngi), which I discovered in Bill Schutt's highly informative and highly entertaining book, Dark Banquet.
Diaemus prefers to feed on birds instead of mammals and is a master of the vampiric art of "Chicken Snuggling."
