I've been thinking about this since SBS Gayo Daejun. It was the first time the approach in gendering stages and performances really hit me because there were comments at the time about which of the "change" stages people enjoyed more: the girls covering guys' songs or the guys covering girls' songs.

( Boys and Girls weren't created equal? Or, gender issues are close to my heart. )

As the girls have their too-short break, it's nice to look back at some of their earlier performances. I was going to start on a massive rolling review of the vocalist rankings, but let's go back to our roots, shall we, when Girls' Generation was still singing, well, Girls' Generation.
