Boingy boingy
Ahhh.....I've pretty much taken a DR vacation this week and its so refreshing. I may extend it to two weeks at this rate, oh wait I have that busking thingy tonight and the Masquerade Ball meeting on Tuesday. Well damn, there go my evil plans.
I feel like I haven't got any energy lately, and I'm sure its sleep deprivation catching up with me. We really need to get a second car, this schedule is so stressful for us, and Aidan needs a set bedtime. I'm torn, because we've been talking about moving into a bigger place like a townhome that has the amenities we want. We really need a private Washer and Dryer, I am so tired of hauling laundry up and down stairs. And I really want to get Aidan a puppy. He's so puppy crazy right now, he keeps begging to watch 101 Dalmations and the sequel over and over again.
So we've been looking at places, but we're not sure if we should try and move out first, or try and get a car first. Our lease is up on Feb 1, 2004 and we have to let the rental office know one way or another by November. Which really isn't as far off as it seems. So we can either move into a new place in Feb, and then try up to save a car, or we can save up to buy a car and sign another 6 month lease. Its probably smarter to get the car first, but I really want to move out and into a nicer place. Decisions, decisions.
I suppose there is always option #3, which is save up to get a car, give our notice in November, and stay with my parents for a couple of months to save money. We'd only really need to do it for two months, and we've done it before.
I've been really caught up in writing lately, and have started my very first fanfiction work! I'm an in-the-closet-grown-woman-comic-book-nut.
I've always loved X-men and finally wrote a story about my favorite two characters, Jubilee and Wolverine. If there are any other closet comic book fans, I'd love you guys to check out my story: http://www.fanfiction.net/read.php?storyid=1446583
I'm added the second chapter today, but it hasn't updated it yet. I'm dying for some feedback, so review at the site if you feel inclined! I wanna see an enormous amount of review numbers behind my story, it makes authors feel speshul.

I'm about the biggest Jubilee fan out there, and who doesn't love Wolvie? Seriously, tell me. I've got a baseball bat with their name on it.....Sooo excited about Jubes being back in the comics finally. Ever since Gen X she's been so neglected as a character. Ok, I know I'm a dork. Its not easy going into a comic book store as a woman and having the teenage clerks stare at you like you're some freak of nature....
