Oh, Nika.

Ahhhhh! I saw Nika this morning!

Right. So I was going to meet people for lunch (more on that later), and I was going up the escalator at the station, and I look over at the one going down and there's Nika! So unexpected and random!

He was wearing jeans shorts and a t-shirt, very normal and casual, and a hat, but no mask or anything. I can't remember now if he was wearing glasses or not, but I could see his eyes, so if he was, they were either clear or very lightly tinted (or he just wasn't). I'd thought he'd ditched the highlights for KAT-TUN, but he hasn't. :P He was listening to music and I think fiddling with the player, although I guess it could have been his cell phone. Idk. He didn't look up.

Really I could only see him for maybe four or five seconds before the angle of the escalators and the people blocked him from view. I kind of froze, I guess, and just stepped out of the way at the top and glanced down the stairs. He was kind of far away by them (the escalators were long) and still playing with his digital whatever-it-was when he got off.

...and that was all, really. I did nothing but have an internal freak-out-melt-down. My heart was beating so fast and my knees were all weak. Kind of pathetic. XD But what could I do? Run down the escalator and chase him? That would make me just as bad as any other yarakashi ('bad fan'). So I did nothing. Went to lunch.

...but seriously! Of all people to see! O_O

Went to an alumnae lunch for my college. Saw some people I haven't seen in years, met some new people... met another Johnnys fan (welcome, bonjovial) who will totally have to introduce me to her other alum-fan friend. ;) Lunch was delicious. Nice Chinese restaurant. Ahhhh, good! :D :D

Then went to do errands and decided that walking from Shibuya to Harajuku would be better than taking the train, even though it was raining. I'm always indoors all week, so it's nice. And I don't mind the rain so much.

Ayumi Hamasaki was having a concert at Yoyogi, and there were a million crazy fans. Funny.

Just outside Meiji Shrine, I saw another girl wearing my college sweatshirt, and just walked up and was like HI. XD She didn't have plans for the day (and aww, wish she'd known about the lunch), so I invited her to tag along with me to Nakano and whatnot, which she did. Sold some stuff I needed to get rid of, had pancakes (YUMMY) and iced cocoa (YUMMY), relaxed for a while and chatted about all sorts of stuff. Yay for new friends. :)

All in all, a good day.

johnnys, obnoxious fangirling, kis-my-ft2, it really happened
