A Semi-Hypothetical Situation
There's a woman.
She loves a man. He's about 12 years older than her, and she thinks he's the greatest thing to walk the earth.
So the woman applies to the man's company and actually gets a job. He's a manager. She's not in his department, although she does sometimes get to help out with his work. She gushes about him to anyone who will listen and asks to be put into his department, even if her skill set doesn't really match.
Meanwhile, there is a woman in the man's department who is close to his age. They're obviously very good friends, although the extent of their relationship is unclear.
The first woman is never transferred.
She is kind and smart, very talented at what she does, and a strong individual. She works hard and does well, and within a few years is promoted to manager of her own department. When asked her goals for the next year, she says her dream is to work as the man's secretary.
