A (pretty cheesy) dream
Thanks to my sleeping in lately... I have some interesting dreams to share.
1. I've been introduced into a new school or community as a new member of the fashion club. My guide is this guy named Albot, and I was a special guest. He was the new VP of the organization. he took me around meeting people, and sometimes would point out how unpopular someone is by saying they were "24". I have no idea what 24 stood for, but being "24" meant you were nerdy to the point of social suicide. We were all in this building, as if it were high school but it wasn't.
Well, we met these two guys (who really resembled some Breezes friends) and they were pretty funny! I really enjoyed talking with them and was glad to finally meet some people that were down-to-earth. When Albot asked me if I wanted to be "24", I said unsurely.. "no?". Who wants to be labeled!? Then Albot asked my new friends if they were "24" and they said "Yeah, sure. We're 24 and proud of it!" and they carried on. Albot looked at me and asked me if I was coming (leaving) with him...and I shook my head because I liked my new friends. When Albot looked sad and was almost leaving, I said:
Me: "Wait!"
Albot turns around
Me: "Aren't you a nerd too?"
Albot stares at me, and I sensed that he actually respected me and was just afraid of being labeled "24" by hanging out with those people.
Me: "Yes, you are. You're a complete fashion nerd."
Albot: "Well, you can put it that way."
Me: "Did you know I used to be a cheerleader annnd a mathteam captain?"
Albot: "No, I didn't.. " And he looked at me with awe. "Really?"
Me: "yea, and also editor of the sports section, and I lead a volunteering group at my highschool"
Albot: "Well, you're always dressed so amazing. I couldn't tell"
Me: "Is the way one dresses really the determining factor of who we are? Don't you ever feel lonely? Everyone can change clothes."
Albot: "I guess"
Me: "Albot, when things around you don't go the way you want it...the stuff that really makes you strong inside are your friends. Real friends who care, who you can share who you are with without having to dress a certain way."
Albot agrees with me and we hug to reconcile.
Then he acts all friendly, feeling comfortable with our new friends and decides to call the president of the fashion club to ask her out on a date. We all help out and help him do it through the intercom. But she picked up, got disconnected, and it wasn't successful.
2. Then I had some dreams...that I forgot by now. But they weren't nearly as exciting or memorable somehow o.O.
OH RIGHT.
Oh gosh. WEIRD!
So, I sleep in this room with these red curtains over these windows by my bed. And I've been sleeping at 1am or so. I'd wake up, my mom'll tell me "get out of bed" and I'd say "Okay" then turn over back to sleep.
So My first time, I woke up...in my dream...just to get up and look out the window. AND IT'S SNOWING...and then I'd tell my family that "it's snowing outside!!"
But then I woke up again, and my real mom in the real world (or so I thought) told me to get out of bed again, and I ddi the same thing.
And this time. I wake up in the same bed (in a dream) and it's SNOWING AGAIN! WHAT! Everything is covered. And it's time to wake up and go to class. And I'm learning about dinosaurs...and there's a project due, so my backpack is filled with 8 library textbooks. And I have to return them that day, but my friend caitlyn and her boyfriend bring me to the cafeteria first to get some food. i wanted a pizza, and they gave me...like a really middle-less pizza. I point it out, and the cute waiter guy said they'd get me another one. And I was super hungry. While I was waiting, a waitress gives me a bowl of pesto pasta. I eat it, and say "this isn't wnat I had in mind when I asked for a pesto pizza" so the waiter gave me a fresh pizza. When I went back to my table, my friends said that the waitress said the pasta was on the house. So I had a huge meal.
The end....oh and then I woke up for reals and had lunch. And watched "The General's Daughter" which made me on the look out for rapists all day. *uncomfortable*
