Dude, this guy really hit the spot. I'd also like to add that "emotionally strong and stable" is also pretty tough too. The humor is kind of tough too... because you've really gotta be kind in your humor I think. I think it all mixes together.

P.S. There is such a thing as too much, as well. There's a fine line between confidence and overconfidence or arrogance. Arrogance is EXTREMELY annoying. I guess I just don't settle for "Mr. Good Enough" anymore.
