Is obnoxious, intrusive mid-90s web "design" making a comeback simply because so many people were too young to experience its horrors the first time around or something? First I thought it was trolling or an ironic hipster thing, but now people seem to be using all that crap seriously.
I don't know about you, but I'm sick and tired of my browsers being slowed the fuck down by fluttery snowflake animations or little Sherlock chibis or unicorns dancing all over my screen. It's almost as obnoxious as autoplaying music, which is now making a comeback as well. Don't start throwing random shit at me like that and making browsing difficult just because you think it's cute. Just don't.
