Up yours, Wacom
Wacom Bamboo Pen still not working. I've now tried installing it on my old desktop computer (which runs XP) and I get wobbly lines on there as well. And on my lappy, I've tried about six different drivers and even installing them in diagnostic startup mode and still no luck. Aaaaaaargh!
The old Volito still works fine (so that makes it pretty certain that Windows 7's own drivers aren't to blame), but it's like the Bamboo reads the proportions of my pen strokes all wrong. All the circles become angular and shit:
I'm not looking forward to sending the fucker back to Germany and actually losing *more* money thanks to the postage. And I'd just get an old Volito off eBay, but the only Buy It Now ones are sold by that scum of eBay: people who will only ship stuff into their own country. Like it's going to make a fucking difference if they have to go to the PO anyway and the buyer would be paying the postage, FFS>:(.
