-Single Father awesome, Dave too beautiful, writing great, cannot concentrate because DAVE IS SO BEAUTIFUL. DAVE. IS. SO. BEAUTIFUL. I can't stop devouring him with my eyes. And his acting. God damn it, his acting. ( Minor spoiler )
The Mark Gatiss horror history is excellent. It's the first part of three. The same channel is also showing three classic horror films this week: "Bride of Frankenstein", "Cat People" and "I Walked with a Zombie". I've seen them all before, but not for a very long time, so am looking forward to watching them again.
Oh god, get on that History of Horror thing as soon as you can. Mark Gatiss is such an adorable geek, and he absolutely relishes it. Also, in addition to it being very interesting and informative, you get to hear him say things like 'caressed with ~necrophilic tenderness.' Which is mildly disturbing in the fact that it's very attractive.
INDEED. The whole thing's full of him inserting himself into horror film-type shots and randomly lurking in the shadows and such, as well, which, I just giggle. I can't not. During the interviews and things he does, as well, you can tell he's trying so hard not to be vaguely invasively, fannishly creepy. And not always succeeding. Oh, Gatiss.
