I had forgotten you can really make an omelette in the microwave. It's like a world of new non-exhausting low-carb possiblities has suddenly opened up. I just threw two beaten eggs, grated cheese and some veg into a plastic bowl and nuked them for four minutes (normally it'd take about two minutes, but the veg was still a bit frozen) and voila. I am currently nomming the results and it's wonderfully fluffy and doesn't stick to the bowl at all. It tastes really good, too, if not better. Wohoo! I'm told you can avoid it being dry by sticking microwaveable clingfilm on top, but I'm not sure if we even get that sort of thing here. But noms.
Damn it, my only food icons are breadfucking ones. But ah well.
