OH SHIT WASPS

I'd say that without the repetitive bits ("these guys are gay, btw", "Agatha is a great mystery writer, y'know, has a great mind, will be remembered forever" and "they're British"--yes, we get it! After the trillionth time!) and the bit of eh at the end (wasp sacrificing himself for Agatha and all that), I loved this almost as much as Pompeii... but this had so many great bits and was so different, so it's not that fair to compare.

Great romp. Absofuckinglutely WONDERFUL use of themes and cliches in an outrageously tongue-in-cheek way. FALLING GARGOYLE. THUNDER, RIGHT ON CUE. Everyone bullshitting their alibis. (Christopher Benjamin FTW). Wonderfully Doctorish Doctor--the whole poisoned!Doctor flailage scene? That's right up there with Tom's post-regeneration craziness in Robot. Awesomeness. Even the kiss wasn't stupid or forced, it was a genuinely great comedy moment. No sodding genetic transfer or whatever.

And DONNA FOR THE MOTHERFUCKING WIN.

I'm still, er, buzzing. Mwhahahahahaha. Great entertainment, just great! I'm so glad we're getting a lot of old-fashioned Who this season.

Also, Time Lords=gay. Apparently. Ahahahahahahahahahahaha. Shush, I'm so interpreting it that way, because it's funnier.
