RIP Derek Boogaard, 1982-2011.
Boogaard was on the team when I first became a fan. I don't think I'll ever be able to think of the Wild without him there. So maybe that's the best memorial I personally can offer - to always remember Boogaard on the ice in Minnesota, flattening his opponents. Concussions are horrible things.
