Jered and I went to feed ducks yesterday after church and we found these HUGE cat-geese things and long story short: One bit me on the foot. after that we went to the library and I suddenly got very weak and light headed. I was in bed for the rest of the day and into this morning. Not fun. But I have yet to turn into a cat-goose myself so it must have been some sort of 24 hour bird flu.
moving on
reasons I no longer like living at home:
-the rare moments I do run into my parents, I get an earful of jokes on how I'm never here.
-I hate the silence. It is always empty here.
-It is dull, dull, dull.
-It makes me miss Brittany more.
-Its cold in here.
Reasons I won't move out:
-No one else can afford rent, so I would still be alone.
-I cannot afford any sort of rent on my own.
-It would rarely be there anyway, so it would be pointless
In anycase, Brian is moving back in May and maybe, possibly bringing Brittany back with him and with that comes a whole bevy of things to do as far as planning ahead goes. Also Brian will inevitably start dating so that means I can finally look forward to having a few girls my age around the house again. So I just need to keep myself occupied until May. Shouldn't be too terribly difficult between school, work and whatever else comes up. Not to mention the chaos that is the holiday season.
oh and I finally saw teeth, which, dare I say is one of the more intentionally hilarious "horror" films I've ever seen in my life.
on a more saddening note, My laptop has at long last flown on to laptop heaven. *tear* so I'm off to the circuit city huge going out of business sale to find a new one.
