If I read one more Super!Wounded!Bunny!McGee story, I will hurl. He's a capable yet still occasionally naive federal agent, not some pussy without a backbone.
Seriously: stop projecting your own insecurities onto a fictional character. Boys interact differently than girls. Ergo, bromance includes a degree of pranks and teasing. Stop trying to vilify Tony, Ziva and McGee to try and resolve your own issues. It just makes you look like an idiot who has never seen an episode of NCIS.
And by the way: Gibbs will always choose Abby and Tony before anyone else. Just accept it and move on. That's why all the reviews you got are negative ones about bad characterization.
