Oh how I love the new LJ =]
So today I IMed Yvy, and I was like "YO WATS UP WITH LJ?" and she tells me about this newness you people have going on. So I figured.... Why not give it another shot?! lol. Anyway here goes....
SCHOOL : I am finally done with my first year of college. I'm taking Summer B off and I'll be starting back up in the fall. Taking six classes, which as crazy as it sounds, I don't think it'll be that bad. I've actually come to my senses these past few days, and I've realized that aside from the people I love, school is my next big thing, and I have got to stay focused.
LOVE <3 : I know you have all been wondering, so I might as well make this public. Yes, we did break up, and yes it has sucked. He was my best friend for a very long time and not having him be a part of my life has been difficult to adjust to.. Still, I won't get into details, but lets just say things are way better this way. As hurt as I've been, I know that everything happens for a reason. I shouldn't worry about people from my past, cause theres a reason they're not part of my present. Eventually, it'll be ok. For now, I'm just enjoying the single life.... As a matter of fact, I plan on enjoying it for a VERY VERY long time lol.
MY FRIENDS : As usual, it comes down to the special few who have always been there for me. I have patched up old friendships and I have made new ones. They're all pretty much awesome. They have been there for me through everything, and I couldn't ask for better. I don't know where I'd be without my girls. Especially my cousins Eileen and Jennie who are like sisters to me.
CEST LA VIE: Life in general just gets better by the day. Like I said before, you can't change the past, but you can make a future so good that it over-shadows whatever bad shit came before it.... Thats precisely my goal right now. I'm not worry about anything that happened before today. All the bad times just made me stronger, smarter, better, sharper.... & I kinda like it. I am happy with who I am, and if you don't like it, then thats not my problem.
So thats pretty much everything thats been going on on my end. =]
