Update
So, work's picked up since I last updated. Was on the close Friday and yesterday, but it wasn't too bad, cos I managed to get help with the papers. Basically, Judy was asking if I was alright with stuff on the close, and I mentioned how I struggle with the papers. So she said she'd go and ask Jackie if there was anyone who'd be able to come and help me out with them. And there was, which helped a lot.
This meant I was pretty much left to sort out lottery - which I'd never done completely by myself before. However, I managed to work it all out, and everything was even - which Jackie seemed very impressed with how well I'd done on my first one.
Yesterday I managed to be about half an hour late, because transport hates me. Basically I headed out in time for the bus that leaves town at 3pm, to get in for half past. It never showed up. So I phoned a taxi who said they could send one out "straight away". Ten minutes later, no sign and it's now half past. So I phone work to let them know I'll be late, and then figure my best option is to start working - I could have waited for the half past bus from town, which would have got me there sooner, but I figured - if I stand and wait, it won't turn up and I'll have wasted 10 mins. Naturally this meant the bus passes me when I'm nowhere near a bus stop...*sigh* But luckily Jackie wasn't too bad about it.
Other than that, not done much. Got the skirt that I plan to wear to the Busted gig, I got it from ASOS.com, it's denim and net and I love it. Tomorrow I head out to buy the top I want, along with Girls Aloud, McFly, Anastacia and Gwen Stefani's singles. And yesterday I bought the other version of the Girls Aloud album (first) because it has different bonus tracks and I wanted them. Was only £5.99, so...
