Best Crop
so over at
gossip_stills (A Gossip Girl stills community) I won best crop on Challenge 8! The theme was "Hair" and we needed to show the hairstyles of the various girl characters...anywho here's the banner:
I think I might do a coloring tutorial later this week on that icon....I really loved how it came out...and I saved the psd for it so yeah
In other news, I was at work Saturday and my friend called me during the last minutes of my lunch to tell me that my friend passed away Saturday morning...I was obviously in shock. I seriously thought everything was going to be all right after her surgery since she had last year. I don't know what exactly she died of but I'm assuming its from her condition. Anyways I didn't cry since I don't get that emotional (I didn't cry when I found out my grandma died 9 years ago, neither did I in the open casket but I bawled when they were burying her, I think its because I realized that I'd never see her again) but it hit me last night and I cried...that's when I realized it, I guess it took for me to see a couple of pictures of her on her myspace and a picture I had with her to get sad. RIP Brandy Fiske...love ya girl and I sure will miss you...
