Writer's Block: Cinco de Mayo
I'm celebrating it by going to school and then work, so I just got home from work right now...my friends from work invited me to eat at El Pancho's in El Cajon but my parents said its too far away for me to go there by myself so they didn't let me go :(...I really wanted to go but once my friend gave me the address and I looked it up on mapquest I saw it was hella far and there I knew it would be hard for my parents to let me go...so no celebrating it today....
Anywho fact of the day: Cinco de Mayo is just another excuse for Americans to get drunk....no kid....I'm Mexican and in Mexico they just know it as the day Mexicans beat the French in Puebla...they don't really celebrate it as much as we do which is stupid. why do we celebrate it? I dunno I guess we needed another holiday to get drunk because we can't do that on Mother's Day! I was always confuse by that fact but oh well at least we have a Mexican holiday
