[ At any point on this fine day, Usopp can be found wandering the streets of Luceti in a fit of sheer boredom. Strangely enough, he will not be manning the items shop today- in fact, he only stops in once, the last before heading back to the house with a certain something to camp out with in the usual place.
It looked weird as hell and he was itching for something to dissect: this is a much better specimen than the burnt shell of a toy he'd been picking at over the past few weeks, of course. A shell currently stowed away somewhere in a back room in said shop, completely forgotten.
