So...
I kinda delved into fictionpress.net.
I have no idea what the hell I was thinking. It's like fanfiction.net, but... WORSE. Because people aren't picking up other characters, dusting them off, and playing with them, they're bundling energy and...
I was going with some kind of physics joke about not actually creating energy, just transferring it, but it got lost somewhere.
Anyway, fp.net is terrible. I selected the "horror" section (because, have you seen my shelves?), selected "all ratings", and "completed stories"... and it brings me this series of one-shot stories. Terrible ones.
I just want to say: death alone does not a horror story make.
Yes, death can be incorporated in horror, but just because someone dies doesn't make it horror.

Boyfriend (to me): who you talking to?
Me: No one. I'm writing in my journal.
Boyfriend: "Dear Diary...." *bites sandwich, chews, swallows* Were you waiting for more? I was eating.
I just don't know what to do with him sometimes.
