On a long and lonesome highway, East of Omaha

All that's left of my summer is to write my end of the year reports for the pool, pack my bags and leave. Gone until December. Gone to my other life. Life of different friends, pasty white skin, and four seasons. Don't mind any of it though. I love Creighton, I love Nebraska, it's going to be a great year. All that I'm going to miss are the people. Friends that are going off to school somewhere else. Friends that are leaving for other countries. Friends that I made this summer. I gained so much experience this summer, coaching experience, developing my vocabulary, my British accent, it's been a good time. But like all good times, they must come to an end. Or maybe not an end per se, just an extremely lengthened hiatus.

School may officially be in session, but there are plenty of opportunities outside of a classroom to learn.
