I'm just a soul whose intentions are good...Oh Lord! Please don't let me be misunderstood.
Dear Canyon Theatre,
It appears that you are having some dissention among the ranks. I would like you to know that in years past, Canyon theater has had a nasty trend of alienating the people that they don't like. If one of the officers did not like you, then you basically were a black sheep among the theatre group. This is quite similar to McCarthy and communism during the sixties. Only you all have the power to end the trend. Only you can make theatre the all inclusive safe haven that it is meant to be. My wish is that when I come back to visit again in the winter, that I am met by a strong unified theatre, and not one torn to pieces by stupid trivial drama.
Fish: You are a natural leader. People gravitate to you, and you can charm them, and get them to follow you. Use your power for good please. When you care to much about something, you become overbearing, and have a fear of failing. You don't want your presidency to be seen as a failure, so you have a tendency to boss people around. You think that this is the only way to get your agenda completed. I believe you are wrong. In my experience as a leader, I have found that people will do more for you if you are a friend to them, instead of their boss. Think about that. People are getting turned off at all your yelling.
Sambo, Haven't seen or talked to you in a while. Hope you are doing allright.
Mora: Same to you. God bless your sweet nature, and amiable personality.
Seth: Like Logan and Meghan said, you have every right to say anything in your livejournal. HOWEVER, I have lost a lot of respect for you good sir. What you did to Gavin is slander, and I thought you had more honor and a higher moral code than to bash someone like that. Everybody in theatre talks about how they respect you because you show the utmost respect for the ladies, and you are all chivalrous. Why can't you show the same respect toward the men? People think highly of you, you too are a leader; use your leadership to bring about positive changes rather than negative ones.
Brandon: You're the last of the officers, and I have run out of good advice to give. How is the play going? I did enjoy the article you wrote in Adam's livejournal. I appreciated it.
Everyone Else, I will get you all at a later point. Please listen to what Emily has to say. She has an important message to get across to everyone, and it probably has a lot more meaning coming from a current theatre person, rather than an older washed out theatre person.
Remember: Only you can prevent forest fires! (Think about it metaphorically)
Question: Walking past a street vendor in San Francisco, you saw that he was selling an interesting item. You bought the item and started a collection of that interesting item. What is the interesting item? Where do you make your second aquisition of that item?
