afterlife, neighbouring graves, gifts

hello,

I'm looking for a fic which takes place in their afterlife. both snape and harry have died in the war and their graves are neighbours. people brings flowers, gifts, teddy bears etc to harry's grave but they also spill to snape's grave because they're so much. so harry takes them to snape's home in heaven  (or where-ever they're but I remember he rings the doorbell) claiming they're snape's since they were at snape's grave. snape doesn't want the flowers and teddy bears at first but they become friends over time and it ends with a happy ending.
