Well, it's the anniversary of DD's death, and Rosmerta is allowing them the use of her establishment so they can have a private and romantic dinner and remember him without all the press around.
That was all in there when I had 135 words, LOL.

I think she really owed those who freed her from the Imperius, which in my universe would have been Harry et al. Perhaps even Snape, if he helped keep her from the wrath of the DE's after.
