I was just walking my dog and there was a little black dog on the side walk. He was clearly lost and I tried to catch him but he ran away! D:

He is small and black so I'm scared he'll get hit by a car! (It's dark out)
He was like, hiding in the shadows and I really hope he finds his way home!
