Can I Eat This?
For anyone who didn't see the LJ spotlight - the community can_i_eat_this is all about food past its expiration date, food left in the car overnight, etc., and asking for comments as to whether the food is still safe to eat or not.
I enjoyed the first few posts I read, officially started watching the community and was going to recommend it to everyone, but now I just de-listed it from my f-list. There were so many entries, it was killing my f-list and they had an apparent trolling problem as well.
Once the craziness dies down, it might be a good community to start watching again, or maybe just visit every now and then. It's good knowing one isn't alone in wondering about certain foods in the pantry or refrigerator...
