Frozen corn, partially thawed, then refrozen? Repeatedly?

I'm icing my ankle right now with a bag of frozen corn. It'll be at least partially thawed by the time I put it back in the freezer - and I'll probably use the same bag again a few times over the next day or so for repeated icing. I'm guessing the corn will be pretty unsafe to eat after all that? Or is it okay if it's cooked really well? (I never ( ... )

Cabbage soup my husband forgot to put away last night - cabbage, chickpeas, onions, tomato, water - left for about 10 hours in a 75 degree kitchen. Uuuuuuggh.

so, I didn't notice that the head of cabbage I bought yesterday rolled out of the bag in my trunk. My roommate just found it--still safe to eat? I mean, it LOOKS okay, but it's all warm from being in the trunk. I figure it's fine, but we're a bunch of paranoid parrots up in here, so...

My husband had some Spaghetti-Os in Tupperware that were left unrefrigerated over night. Are they safe to eat? I thought not, but he said they have so many preservatives that they are fine.
