Anyone want to RP and get a detention?
Professor Snape was on duty for the third night in a row. He was tired from the night before, and because he needed to stay awake, he was pacing. Back and forth, back and forth - he did his best to pay attention, but his body wanted to shut down for the night. He turned the corner for the last of the rounds for the night, and something caught his eye. Snape turned his head to get a better look, but saw nothing.
Rubbing his eyes, he assumed his mind was playing tricks on him, but that did not stop his suspicions of trouble.
He followed his usual routine down the hallway in which he saw the movement, and just short of two minutes later, he heard a thump, and then "ow!" Snape knew exactly where his target was now, and crept calmly up to the student who had just unknowingly given himself away to punishment.
"Is there a reason you are out of your dormitory?" Snape said with a hint of energy back in his voice.
