Well today at work i got my first front end job had to replaced ball joints, tie rod ends , and endlinks for the sway bars.. oh and do an alignment i got all but the endlinks done.. cause the parts where wrong.. but before i was about to start it Tom sees me grabing the parts and goes "your about to do that job" i go yes... he goes "whos doing the alignment on it" i say me.. he goes "no" i go ask john and walk away.. and as i'm walking away i hear him talking to john my boss. i here john saying "how do you know he can't do it if you don't let him try" i walk out laughing cause tom has shut the window to the office and proceded to go into the office.. 30 mins later he comes out and appologies to me saying he didn't mean to make me feel like an idiot.. yada yada.. fuck you tom.. but yesterday i had enough of his degradeing comments and just his general attitude towards us.. so i went and had a talk with john, John wants him canned but can't cause ab doesn't want that. So John i'm assuming is building up some sort of file on toms fuck ups and complaints and then when he has enough ammo the axe will come.. TOM YOUR NOT EVEN GM TECH.. you a back yard butcher !!!. Ok anyways enough of that at the end of the day i see john he askes me how its going i said alright for the first time doing ball joints and said i would do the endlinks and alignment tomorrow morning.. and thank him for standing up for me he said "30 mins of fighting with that idiot for you to get that job" i thanked him again and he goes "if i didn't think you could do it i wouldn't have fought for that long"... wow i feel so special and proud to be working for him he's a good man and a killer boss. Well thats about it, Oh i got a new phone its a cam phone its pretty neato... i broke the clip for the waist band on the first day.. shitty but got it replaced the next day and I got some new tools for work, and 18 deep impact socket, a cut off wheel and a set of side cutters and some other plier shit. well that is one massive blob of words bah ha take that.
