Hypothetically, if someone had rapid cellular regeneration and almost instantly recovered from any kind of injury, would they even be able to be sunburned?

Yes, because that is a healing ability, not some sort of prevention. If someone stabbed this hypothetical someone with a knife, they would still be stabbed, it just wouldn't have any lasting effects. Why?
