Not a lot of time, because it's early and work beckons...
I have two kinds of nightmares. One is your standard getting-chased-my-axe-murderers trope, the kind where you wake up with your heart pounding and glad to be alive. I don't care for those. The second kind of nightmare is an alternate life that's either much worse or--worse still--much better than yours, with nothing outlandish except the realization that when you woke up that your brain just jerked you around. Those dreams I utterly detest, as they tend to ruin the entire day; I'd really rather not dream at all than be subjected to those.
The latter was last night's dream.
